Perio Restore - Oral Cleansing Gel

PerioRestore is a great product for perio patients (meaning extensive bone loss in the mouth or deep pockets in the gums) as well as anyone with significant bleeding at the gums between the teeth, history of deep cleaning or gum surgery for instance. It has 1.7% hydrogen peroxide which is an antiseptic and reduces the amount of bacteria present at the gums where the gel gets applied. 

Ideally, this product is to be used with customized trays where the gel is placed at the gum level directly. And it is to be applied 1-3x/day, each time about 10 min.

There may be mild whitening of the teeth observed with the continuous use of this product.  

Perio Restore® Every Day Instructions

Instructions For Use:
To get the full effects of managing bacteria, Perio Restore gel needs to be applied with a tray every day. You only need to apply the gel and tray system for a short duration each day, at any time of day that works for you.
Perio Restore gel and trays can be worn up to 4 times a day for at least 10 minutes, for up to 15 minutes per application, depending on your needs. If you have periodontitis or gingivitis, multiple applications per day is recommended. Daily applications can be reduced as the condition of your gum tissue improves. For on-going maintenance, Perio Restore gel and tray can be worn 1-2 times per day for 10 minutes per application.

For best results, use of a customized Customized tray is recommended.
